Invite yourself to pause with one of our breathwork classes, a meditation, or take yourself through one of our guided visualisations. If you have a bit more time, why not make yourself a cuppa, find a comfy spot, and read an article from one of our wellness advocates.

Our vision for the yoga library is to curate a wide range of classes with a number of experienced teachers, offering classes and courses of different styles and durations to meet your needs at any particular time. Whether you need to energise and enliven with a Vinyasa Flow class, deeply ground and rest with a Restorative class, or tap into your intuitive nature with a Seasonal Yoga class, we want to honour the natural ebb and flow of life through our library. We will be growing our library each week, introducing new classes and courses that you can do in the comfort of your own home.

We all know how important it is for our wellbeing to get outdoors every day and MOVE! But equally as important is making sure we warm down and release tension in our body from habitual movement patterns.

Spring offers new perspective and the capacity to grow. Themes of hope, new beginning and optimism are high as we respond to the warmer temperatures and the lighter, brighter and longer days ahead.

Spinal twists are wonderfully invigorating postures, offering us the perfect pick me up at any time of the day, as well as helping to relieve stiffness in the mid to upper back.
