Movement is an essential piece of the wellness pie. Our bodies were beautifully designed to move freely and with ease, although living in these modern times it doesn’t always feel that way. Sometimes we just need a little guidance and motivation along the way, especially as we all have varying needs at different moments in our lives. Our offering includes a yoga library, as well as fitness coaching to accompany, and will grow as our wellness community grows.

With the amount of time us modern folk are sitting in front of screens or staring blankly at our smartphones, osteopaths are facing a whole new category of ailments related to our love-hate relationship with tech. As we crane the head forwards to look at our screens, we hold ourselves in what’s called a ‘frontal head carriage’ which puts strain on our neck and upper back. We also tend to slouch and round our shoulders forward.
