Florence house is a unique and nurturing retreat venue, with beautiful interiors, abundant gardens, and proximity to the sea and the wildness of the Downs. Sitting within its own grounds, the house is completely free from the noises of modern urban life, and is the perfect spot for reconnecting with the natural world. The owners of the house pride themselves on delicious and creative home cooking, using locally sourced, or even homegrown, produce where possible. Every aspect of your stay here is lovingly designed to nourish you, in more ways than one.

Take a little time out and put your self care to the fore on our nourishing wellness retreat with, or without, friends. This weekend away from it all will give you the opportunity to move, breathe, meditate, walk, relax and connect.

Also, to sit and share delicious wholesome food, and enjoy a glass of wine or two (if you want to bring some along!) with your fellow retreaters.
