Florence house is a unique and nurturing retreat venue, with beautiful interiors, abundant gardens, and proximity to the sea and the wildness of the Downs. Sitting within its own grounds, the house is completely free from the noises of modern urban life, and is the perfect spot for reconnecting with the natural world. The owners of the house pride themselves on delicious and creative home cooking, using locally sourced, or even homegrown, produce where possible. Every aspect of your stay here is lovingly designed to nourish you, in more ways than one.

At this time of year the hose is extra cosy with festive decorations and the smell of pine, as well as the log burning crackling away in the snug lounge. The perfect  pause before the social season gets in to full swing, join us on this weekend-long retreat and recharge your social battery with both Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga practices, holistic massage, nourishing food and time to read, journal, walk in nature or take a stroll along the cliffs and coast.
