Winter Wellness Retreat UK 2026

Winter Wellness Retreat at Florence House, Seaford, East Sussex

Friday 4th - Sunday 6th December 2026

"On the brow of Seaford Head, Sussex, sits Florence House; rock solid in the sea air and surrounding wild landscape. In many ways its situation is a metaphor for its life’s purpose – a haven for the spirit however the wind blows." Mairin, Florence House

Florence house is a unique and nurturing retreat venue, with beautiful interiors, abundant gardens, and proximity to the sea and the wildness of the Downs. Sitting within its own grounds, the house is completely free from the noises of modern urban life, and is the perfect spot for reconnecting with the natural world. The owners of the house pride themselves on delicious and creative home cooking, using locally sourced, or even homegrown, produce where possible. Every aspect of your stay here is lovingly designed to nourish you, in more ways than one.

At this time of year the house is extra cosy with festive decorations and the smell of pine, as well as the log burning fire crackling away in the snug lounge. The perfect  pause before the social season gets in to full swing, join us on this weekend-long retreat and recharge your social battery with both Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga practices, holistic massage, nourishing food and time to read, journal, walk in nature or take a stroll along the cliffs and coast.
