Miso-Tahini Dressing

Two of our favourite ingredients come together in this super simple, utterly moorish and completely satisfying salad dressing (or dip!?). The main star, Tahini, is wonderfully creamy with a savoury and nutty flavour. It is full of healthy fats to help keep you satiated, and is a great source of phosphorus and manganese, both of which play vital roles in bone health. The miso adds that all-important umami flavour and is known for it's benefits to our gut health. Enjoy this tossed through and drizzled over a simple summer salad or use it as a delicious dip for sweet potato wedges.
Ingredients
2 TBSP Tahini
1 tsp White Miso Paste
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 Lime (Juice Only)
5-6 TBSP Water (less or more if you like a thicker or runnier consistency)
Pepper (to taste)
Method
Stir everything together well until you get a nice smooth consistency!
