The Wellness Philosophy

This grain-free granola is the perfect breakfast alternative. It is packed with healthy fats and protein from the nuts and seeds, as well as giving you a brain-boosting dose of plant-derived omega-3’s which are essential for optimal health. It goes wonderfully well with coconut yogurt and fruit, or perhaps as a topping for our Blueberry Smoothie Bowl. Enjoy!



2 Cups Shredded Coconut

1 Cup Mixed Nuts of Choice (roughly chopped)

1/3 Cup Mixed Seeds (I recommend pumpkin and sunflower seeds)

2 TBSP Chia Seeds

2 TBSP Coconut Oil (melted)

1 TBSP Maple Syrup (optional)

½ tsp Ground Cinnamon



  1. Pre-heat the oven to 150 degrees (fan).
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly on the tray.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and give the granola a mix, exposing any untoasted bits underneath.
  5. Bake for a further 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10-20 minutes before eating.
  7. Store in an airtight container or jar for up to 3 months.
  8. Enjoy!
